What you get
An Apex technician will perform a complete and thorough inspection and evaluation of the performance of your wine cellar cooling system. After a complete and comprehensive evaluation of each system component is conducted, including compressor, condenser coil, evaporator, fan, ducting and digital controls, you will be provided with a detailed report on the operating and design conditions of your system. The Apex certified technician will perform onsite maintenance and repairs needed to ensure that your system is operating at peak performance.

Your cooling system requires maintenance tasks be performed every six months. Most system failures are due to lack of maintenance. Tasks performed
  • Visually inspect the compressor/condensing unit for refrigeration leaks
  • Remove debris from condensing coil, clean as needed
  • Measure and record temperature at both sides of condensing coil
  • Test refrigerant pressure
  • Measure subcooling temperature while running
  • Measure superheat temperature while running
  • Visually inspect the evaporator/air handler unit
  • Clean the evaporator coil as needed
  • Inspect fan belts and fan motor wiring for wear
  • Inspect ductwork for cracks or leaks
  • Confirm functionality of condensate pump and drain
  • Inspect and test digital controls function
  • Identify needed repairs for customer review
